Reports suggest Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani execution could be imminent

The International Committee Against Stoning, which has spearheaded the campaign against the stoning of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani by the Iranian authorities, reports that her execution may have been scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday 3 November:
"According to news received by the International Committee against Stoning and International Commitee against Execution on 1 November 2010, the authorities in Tehran have given the go ahead to Tabriz prison for the execution of Iran stoning case Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani. It has been reported that she is to be executed this Wednesday 3 November."
The Committee Against Stoning, which has documented the development of the case and the intimidation of lawyers and journalists working on it, is holding marches this afternoon in Brussels and Paris, and is urging people to write to their governments to put pressure on Iran.
