accused of breaking the council's code of conduct for writing “I didn’t know the Scientologists had a church on Tottenham Court Road. Just hurried past in case the stupid rubs off” on Twitter last year has been cleared at a meeting of the council's Standards and Ethics Committee this afternoon. Dixon, fresh from the meeting,
tweeted:
"Standards and Ethics Cttee have decided 7:1 no evidence of failure to comply with code of conduct over#stupidscientology. It's all over!"
