We all wonder what else we could have grown up to be, and it seems superstar footballers are no different. Wayne Rooney, in a characteristically revealing insight, suggests he could have been a man of the cloth:
"I haven't a clue what else I would have done. I wasn't really the best in school. I always enjoyed RE, so maybe a priest."Picture it for a moment. Maybe he could have even been Pope? Actually, forget it. It just wouldn't work, would it?
