I'm really enjoying the podcasts but is there any chance of getting a few more women involved please? So far, out of eighteen entries only two have been women. If you need some inspiration I can provide you with some suggestions:

Ariane Sherine (comedy writer, creator of the Atheist Bus campaign),
Greta Christina (atheist blogger, writer), Tracy King (tkingdoll) lives in the UK,
Zoe Williams (journalist, BHA affiliated),
Maryam Namazie (leader of Council of Ex-Muslims),
Dr Susan Blackmore (psychologist),
Polly Toynbee (journalist and President of the BHA),

These are just some from the top of my head. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of atheist female comedians and performers out there too.

Stop leaving out the women, we're atheists and humanist too!

Thanks for your comment Clare. You're right these podcasts have been mostly men, but rest assured we're not deliberately leaving out the women. We have Josie Long and Ann Druyan coming up. And if you check out our magazine contributors, you certainly couldn't argue we leave out women.

Thanks for the quick reponse! I know that women are not being deliberately excluded but I felt I had to point out the huge disparity. Maybe next time round there will be a mix closer to the magazine's. :)
