In a column for the Northern Echo, a Darlington-based local paper, the Rev Peter Mullen (he of "Let us make it obligatory for homosexuals to have their backsides tattooed with the slogan sodomy can seriously damage your health" fame) has made another attempt at an apology following the one he made a week ago.
